First Birthday!

Hello everyone! Unfortunately, I don’t have a post for you today (stay tuned for this Sunday!), but as you can probably guess from the title, I just wanted to tell you all that today is From One Human to Another’s 1st Birthday!

If you’ve been around since the start (thank you – but if you’re new here, welcome!), you might remember my first ever post on July 29, 2021, which was about carbon footprints. Arguably one of my longest posts to date, my discussion about carbon footprints kickstarted an amazing journey. Since then, I released 26 more biweekly posts ranging from good news to crackdowns on major environmental issues, and it only gets better from here!

Through this blog, I’ve had the chance to educate myself and all of you not only about the issues that plague our planet, but what we as individuals can do to combat them. I’ve learned to adapt my writing style, to come across not as an activist, but one human talking to another. That’s the reason behind the blog’s name. At the end of the day, all of this content is just advice from one human to another.

So as I look back on this momentous year, I’d like to thank each and every one of you who supported this blog – whether that be by reading any post, following me on Instagram, or sharing the blog with others to read as well. Your encouragement is what keeps me going, what makes me look forward to our biweekly Sunday posts – I couldn’t have done it without you all. But more importantly, I hope that you aren’t reading these posts just for the sake of it. By this, I mean that I hope you really took something away from my writing, whether it be newfound knowledge, or a sustainable habit. (Speaking of which, if you have implemented any new practices in your daily life, let me know, I’d love to hear all about it!)

That’s all for now. As I (we, rather) embark on the second year of this chapter in my life, I wish for it to bring more to the table, and with your support, I will strive each and every day to make “From One Human to Another” the best it can be, and so much more.
